Since 1998 Ventech has channelled more €400M into innovative projects. Currently they have activities in Europe and China, with a focus on France, Germany and the Nordics.  

How much do they invest?

They can perform seed investments in a range of € 100.000-250.000. For startups beyond the seed stage their initial investments will be between €2M and €5M. In total they can €10M per company.

Tero Mennander - Venture Partner, Helsinki
Tero covers Ventech's portfolio companies in the Nordic countries, Finland, Sweden and Denmark. He has previously been an investor for Sitra, General Partner at Nordic Venture Partners, and held investment committee and advisory positions in numerous VC funds. He holds a Msc. in Industrial Economics from Université de Genève and an MEB from Solvay Business School, Université libre de Bruxelles. 

Alain Caffi - Founder & Managing Partner
As the founder of Ventech Alain is instrumental for their investments within internet, media, and mobile. A large number of startups has benefited from him as a board member, and he has performed a range of exits. Prior to his VC activity he worked at management companies, which gave him experience across geographies and economic cycles. He holds a Master of Sciences from the University of Kansas.
