We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Helsinki, Finland.

As a business analyst, you’ll be asked to manage systems, collect data, conduct analysis, deliver reports and more to help us refine our tools and deliver our customers the service and technology they need to revolutionize their businesses. This is the perfect role for a self-starter with a passion for improving corporate processes.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collecting and maintaining data, conducting analysis, and reporting models and formats

• Generating reports and extracting data to support managerial decisions

• Producing specialized reports as assigned by the management team

• Communicating findings through visual or verbal insights

• Helping to design and maintain data structures with the assistance of IT specialists as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Expert knowledge of reporting tools

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

• Proactive and open-minded team player

• Excellent English skills (written, oral, and presentation)
