This means we need you to find our customers in large markets, building sales channels and partner models and ensuring that our customers go all the way from first meeting to company-wide adoption. 

What we expect from you 

• Master’s degree or equivalent in experience 
• 5+ years of proven business development and sales in global context
• Superior mastering of both written and spoken English. Finnish language is a plus but not a must. Other languages are considered as bonus.
• Understanding with experience of technology sales including but not limited to product, platform and solution sales
• Readiness to travel up to 50 % if necessary
• Self-driven and results oriented
• Capable of understanding customer requirements and matching them with offering value proposition
• Hunter with capability to build major accounts with increasing number of products
• Understanding of Partner and channel sales models, experience considered a strong bonus
• All experience from construction industry is valued, but not necessary
