DESCRIPTION
-You are the first point of contact and you get a first-hand look at what customers struggle with and what could work better. You are crucial part of the team. You spot bugs, find inefficiencies and figure out how to make the product better
-Your main task is to provide support service to the customers who visit the site. Mainly, you will help them to conduct basic actions on the website, i.e. help them to go through a trade, search suitable advertisement, recommend a payment method or explain how to track their bitcoin transaction on the blockchain.
-Redirect problems to the appropriate tiers/departments
-You have a keen ability to predict how users will be impacted by product changes, and you help company make better decisions. You actively collect feedback from customers regarding how we could serve them better.
This position is temporary for 1 year as a maternity leave substitute with ability to become permanent depending on the performance of the candidate and the needs of the company.
Right now we are looking for someone who can work on the following shift on daily basis. There might be occasionally a need to work on the weekends or cover other shifts, so a certain level of flexibility is a plus.
*IMPORTANT*
The current shift we are looking to fill, would be timed approximately 1 PM to 9 PM. However, in the future the shift might be changed to 9 AM - 5 PM.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer service attitude
- Professionalism and discretion towards customer matters and details
- Excellent oral, reading and writing skills in English
- Native Chinese language speaker
- Knowledge and interest about bitcoin, blockchain and functionality of Localbitcoins are considered plus
- Ability to work daily basis from 1 PM to 9 PM, 5 days per week.
