The general scope of your responsibility will consist of Community Management, mainly:

• Being the face of The Shortcut Lab at Maria 01 and of our community

• Being the first point of contact for our customers and visitors at our office

• Improve the user experience of our The Shortcut Lab (our office)

• Research and ideation of how to improve the customer experience

• Managing the relationship with other actors in the startup ecosystem (such as Maria01, Aaltoes, Startuplifers, Kiuas etc.)

• Facilitating events for our community

• Being up to date on what is going on in the startup ecosystem

• Supporting on-boarding and off-boarding of our interns and staff

• Supporting planning, building and hosting community events and event marketing communication, maintaining our online community platform, and supporting marketing
