Blok is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at the Helsinki office. Your role will be to support our real estate agents and provide assistance with day-to-day office tasks. You will, for example, assemble and coordinate deliveries of outbound packages. The position requires an ability to interact with different kind of people and quick problem-solving ability in various kinds of customer service situations.
This position is perfect for entry level applicants and prior experience from real estate is not required. In the long term the position opens up a path to becoming a real estate agent pending successfully passing the LKV test (licensed real estate agent test).
