Games Factory Talents is running Talent Board for all the talents in the world to showcase their talent to the hiring Games studios in Helsinki. We have been nominated for the Best Recruitment agency in the game industry by Pocket Gamer in 2019. Our mission is to help talented artists, programmers and designers to find the perfect position in a Finnish game studio. We are working with almost all the leading game studios in Finland and we are planning to grow in the Nordics in 2019.

We’re looking for a creative digital marketing intern to join us in the heart of the Finnish game industry. You will work closely with the team to develop, implement and manage our digital and social media marketing strategy, prepare weekly and monthly reports. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest web-sites digital platforms like Wordpress, Wix etc. and digital practices and technologies, but at the same time be able to develop unique approach that best matches the defined objectives. The main task will keep our digital channels up to date and analyse the traffic sources and develop those further.

Responsibilities:

• Updating Talent Board with new talents

• Analytics report of the visitors and talents applications

• Create content for our website and social media platforms in the form of blog articles and daily social media posts

• Prepare monthly reports

• Develop workable social media content plans and realistic timetables

• Stay up-to-date with the trends on all platforms

• SEO understanding
