The Shortcut is a non-for profit organisation that encourages more people from diverse backgrounds to consider creating or working for a startup to best utilise their skills and aspirations. We inspire and empower our community through events, workshops, trainings and programmes.

You have:

• A solution-oriented approach to all you do
• Excellent oral and written communication skills i English
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong leadership & people coordination skills
• Self-motivation & pro-activity
• Ability to work well with deadlines

Maybe you even have:

• Experience producing events
• Vision of event flow and ambiance creation

Among other things, you will:

• Plan and coordinate events logistics, catering, and setup
• Oversee and coordinate our event volunteers
• Support the efforts of the program designers in creating high-quality events
