You'll be in charge of driving growth through inbound leads through SEM, SEO, content marketing and by any other means necessary. You'll have full autonomy. We expect you to be driven, relentlessly analytical and uncompromising in your quest for growth. Naturally you understand modern growth / marketing techniques and can use modern tools to a) drive growth b) measure it. You'll get to work with a team of extremely talented individuals, led be serial entrepreneurs. We don't monitor working hours, we care about output rather than a 9-to-5 office presence. We have a work-ethic that's second-to-none but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We have a strong bias for action and expect you to have the same. We don't care about where you went to school (or if you did), we care about your ability to drive results.
