SkenarioLabs is a profitable startup founded in 2015, providing predictive data-analytics for property owners, managers and investors. Our services are used to optimize and plan repair and energy investments made on tens of thousands of properties in Europe. We’re in a growth point, starting to scale and serving our customers in Finland, UK and soon beyond. Currently our company employs six people.

We’re looking for a part time analyst for analyzing and validating unique datasets and providing insight based on the analytics for the biggest portfolios in the property sector.

We appreciate the following qualifications:

• You can crunch data with R or any other similar tool
• You are able to develop with a language used in scientific computing (Java, Python etc. )
• Team player with abilities for working independently and taking initiative 
• Introvert or extrovert – we really don’t care, but good sense of humor takes you a long way with us.
• Finnish language is appreciated, but we'll look beyond that if needed.
