You will be the pulling up the Helsinki area and growing its business to a minimum viable stage. For this you will recieve a playbook which will help you build the necessary infrastructure, teams, customers and partners. After you've launched the city, you are ready to move on to launch a new city!

• TRAVELLING: You need to be agile and ready for moving around a lot;
• SALES: Direct sales and closing big deals (B2B & B2C);
• RECRUITING: Building and training local wash-teams;
• MANAGEMENT: Operations & culture adaption;
• DATA: Market research & analysis;
• OTHER: Budget management & basic marketing

You will recieve support from Estonia and its founders and will be awarded according to your results. At first you will work together with a Founder to learn the specifics of the product and launching untill you become autonomous and can start pulling up your own very first cities!
