We are looking for an experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to develop a unified vision to use Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and other advanced analytics methods as part of our products. You will be able to see the “big picture”, make timely good quality decisions, create approaches for AI/ML based system design/implementation and to guide the internal and external development teams.

Responsibilities

· Development, integration and testing of advanced machine learning/deep learning based algorithms and software modules for our product portfolio (e.g. computer vision)

· Create and validate new innovative machine learning based approaches together with internal and external software development teams

· Continuously searching and selecting best technologies/partners for AI, machine learning and cognitive systems development

· Developing methodologies for self-learning systems testing and verification

· Preparing and performing design verification tests on prototype solutions, analyse results and provide recommendations

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree, Master's degree or PhD in relevant field or equivalent technical capability based on practical knowledge and experience

· Broad experience developing machine learning/deep learning models and software solutions

· Experience in applying machine learning approaches such as neural networks

· Experience in software development in different software languages

· Experience related to data engineering for Machine Learning pipeline

· Experience in developing technologies/products for marine industry is preferred

· Knowledge of modern/agile development methods

· Experience in working in multicultural, multivendor environments

· Good verbal and written English communication skills
