You'll be determining the software architecture for projects, overseeing teams of junior developers and taking charge of end-to-end delivery!

Integrify is a growing IT-consulting company with a mission. We teach coding to talented and motivated immigrants and connect them with coding jobs. In 2018, over 60 students started in our web development program eager to kick-off their tech career in Finland.

Now, 80% of the graduates are working as web developers. We work with JS, React.js, Node.js, Python, and a bunch of other exciting front- and back-end technologies. Just now we kicked off our first program in AI/machine learning.

Now, it’s time for us to take Integrify to the next level; high-tech IT consulting. We have the talent, now we are looking for lead developers to complement our existing solutions.

As Integrify’s new Lead developer you will be determining the software architecture for projects, overseeing teams of junior developers and taking charge of end-to-end delivery!

We expect from you

• 3+ years of experience as a developer in an IT-software consultancy
• Native level Finnish language and good command of English language
• Affinity to work with people and manage/lead teams
• Interested to work in diverse teams
• Previous leadership/management experience is a plus 

Job start is negotiable, but preferably in Sep 2019.
