We are working on the technology that will reshape the construction industry, we are increasing our team. We are currently looking for an Lead Product Developer to join our team in Cazza R&D office in Espoo, working in the development of our Cazza 3D printing system.
As the Lead Product Developer and Engineering Manager, your tasks are:
Create, evaluate and benchmark the progress of the product development
Lead a team of engineer to design, build and test the components and systems for robotic systems
Talk with investors, shareholders and clients about the product and solution offered
You must have:
A degree in engineering, preferable master level
Experience leading teams and managing
Knowledge and understanding on implementation and system integration
Knowledge in manufacturing and production
Ability to communicate and share ideas with engineers in electrical, electronics, robotics, hydraulics, structures, civil and mechanical systems
Understanding of DFMA, simulation and protoyping
