Join our awesome Finnish-Swiss-Austrian-Ukrainian team in Helsinki as our very first engineering hire. We are a bunch of smart and hardworking goofballs and we would love to add you to our ranks. You will get hands-on with developing Selma from day one and help us build the engineering team of your dreams.

As someone who will be taking a key role in developing Selma, you want to share ownership of the entire service and take part in building our engineering team. 

Some hard facts of what we are looking for:

• You have preferably at least 3-4 years of professional experience as a software developer
• You have a solid understanding of web services, database, and related security practices.
• You are familiar with at least some of the tech we use, like Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis and React+Redux.
• You like testing and testable code.
• You like to dabble in DevOps.
• You want to get things done, take responsibility, share ownership and learn new things.

We have a subsidiary and a little office in our first target market: Switzerland!
