We are hiring an Office Coordinator to support our growing team with day-to-day operations and to take care of our office, creating a productive, comfortable and fun working environment.
Your responsibilities
- Keep the office tidy, organised and comfortable
- Manage and order office supplies and refreshments
- Organise team activities and events
- Help teams with recruiting, welcoming and onboarding new hires
- Help with other administrative tasks, making travel arrangements, handling receipts, contracts and documents
- Working with others to build great, healthy and enjoyable company and workplace culture
- We are looking for a helpful and organised person with a can-do spirit. You like working with people and you can communicate clearly in English and Finnish with others.
