Project Worker for Accelerator Program

We are excited to announce that we are looking for an agile Project Worker to join our Boost Turku Event Production Team. Overview:

Timeframe: June-August*

Payment: 500 € per month

Workload: 30 h / week

Workplace: online

*Possibility to start earlier


Responsibilities:

  • Working on Boost Turku's flagship business accelerator event called Startup Journey (Summer 2020).

  • Working closely with both the Networking manager + Marketing and Event Manager.

You will get a lot of support from Boost, especially in the early stages of planning to set you up for success.


The ideal candidate has:

  • A great sense of responsibility and reliability

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • An ability to be organized

  • Self-leading approach

  • An ability to comfortably work both independently and collaboratively

  • Eagerness to learn how to create events (previous experience is not a must)

  • Good verbal and written English (no Finnish required)

It’s good if you also have:

  • Participated in any hackathon previously or similar entrepreneurial event (but not necessary)

  • Planned and executed, or helped to plan and execute a project or an event
