Flowhaven is bringing its quality assurance to the next level by building up a specialized QA team. We are advancing our customer service operations to manage our ever-increasing customer requests and provide our clients with support in account management processes. We won't be successful unless our customers are receiving massive value and best support from our service. Therefore, ensuring their success is absolutely vital.

We are looking for a dedicated person to own the customer success operations at Flowhaven. In the short term, the position requires the candidate to determine quality assurance measures and customer support processes and execute them. In the long term, the selected candidate is expected to know the Flowhaven solution inside and out to lead the QA team.

Customer Success Manager Tasks:

  • Developing customer relationships during weekly calls and meetings
  • Coordinating quality assurance with the development team and keeping customers updated about new releases
  • Providing technical support and responding to support tickets 
  • Working closely with our customers to ensure they are satisfied with our solution and services
  • Educating customers on the functions and capabilities of the solution
  • Gathering feedback, researching best practices, analyzing customer data, developing listening points, and update customer success journeys (e.g., module/feature usage, overall satisfaction, etc.)
  • Implementing all Customer Success activities, such as onboarding, support, services, adoption, advocacy, retention, etc.) and outcomes (e.g., renewals, up-sell, etc.) 
  • Working closely with the Flowhaven CEO to increase the quality of service

Applicant Background Requirements:

  • Eagerness to become a professional of Customer Success Management and QA 
  • Fantastic interpersonal skills and strong project leadership
  • Strong organization skills and experience in guiding others 
  • Experience in project management and ability to inspire others
  • Excellent English skills (written, oral, and presentation) 
  • Relevant Bachelor degree (preference for computer science/related degree or work experience)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills, technical aptitude, and ability to learn software programs
