Want to join an all-star sales team at a fast growth SaaS company? You’re in luck - we are looking for a Sales Director to join our fast growing team in Helsinki! We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Sales Director to expand and accelerate the growth of sales in our key markets and help us grow the sales organisation within Brella. You will report to our CMO and also partner closely with our Product and Customer Success functions to make sure we provide the best service for our biggest customers.

This is a hands-on role and the successful applicant will be expected to directly contribute to the overall sales success in dedicated regions, with measurable results already in 2020 Q1.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Championing the growth of your region as a part of our global sales team.
  • Driving our global sales function to the next level in performance, scale and methods.
  • Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expanding our customer base
  • Sales development, forecasting and KPI reporting for management.
  • Close cooperation with our marketing, technical and customer success teams to contribute in our larger product vision
  • Leading by example and preparing to scale our sales operations during 2020.

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Experience in sales leadership, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Experience in solution and/or software sales, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Data driven attitude & interest towards all things tech
  • Deep ambition in being apart of the next big success story
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
