DAIN Studios’ mission is to help its’ customers make their companies data-driven and leverage internal and external consumer, product, and financial data to increase sales, streamline and optimize operations, and create new growth. DAIN Studios is a digital and analytics consultancy that started operations in March 2016 in Finland and Germany. We are currently serving several well-known customers in Finland, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

As a Senior Analytics Strategist, you will conceptualize and translate business goals into end-to-end analytical use cases. You will collaboratively solve business decisions through data, communicate insights to business stakeholders, and drive business change through the deployment of analytics results. 

Responsibilities: 

- Define data-driven business opportunities in versatile industries

- Conceptualize complex use cases into end-to-end, executable project plans

- Act as a project/program manager driving projects forward

- Calculate business cases

- Identify needed enablers for delivering analytics projects

- Give input for data asset creation, data & solution architecture, people development, governance, and processes

- Identify and drive consumer privacy program agenda forward

- Effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders and drive change

- Drive the development of Dain Studios’ analytics product portfolio 

Requirements:

- Master’s/PhD degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or alike

- Good understanding of digital data and advanced analytics

- Work experience in a similar field preferred

- Strategic and conceptual thinker, curious mind

- Extraverted, good networker

- Effective project management skills

- Demonstrated results orientation
