THE POSITION

As Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in a multi-national project where you will combine data from several sources and develop machine learning models. You will collaborate with an inspiring team of world-class data scientists and developers on a regular basis and report to our CTO who is located in Berlin, Germany. JOB REQUIREMENTS

You have a solid theoretical background of machine learning and ample work experience in all aspects of data science, including data preparation, visualisation, predictive modelling, and validation.

Our ideal candidate has:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or other relevant quantitative field
• 5+ years professional experience developing and validating supervised machine learning algorithms, such as image analysis, classification, regression, or time series analysis
• Advanced Python programming skills with machine learning libraries such as numpy, scikit-learn, tensorflow / pytorch, OpenCV
• Practical experience deploying and running an ML-based production system

The following skills will be an advantage:

• DevOps / Docker / Cloud Computing  
• Processing and analysing Geospatial Data

You will play a central and guiding role in the solution development process and work closely with data engineers, developers, and other data scientists. Depending on your performance, you may earn a leading position in CollectiveCrunch.
