Site Reliability Engineer

Our client is looking for The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE), who needs to be a good team player and able to communicate efficiently with all stakeholders, working with the QA team, product and development teams as well as customer support. The SRE should have technical skills even up to being able to write code for e.g. deployment scripts, test automation, monitoring, alerts and dashboards.

REQUIREMENTS

2 or more years of experience in software development and/or testing at scale.
Great command of AWS services – CloudWatch, IAM, WAF, CloudFront and more.
Working knowledge of deployment pipelines like Travis, Circle CI.
Working knowledge of automated testing frameworks in Javascript-based environments (NodeJS).
Good communication skills in English - Finnish not required.
Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
Experience with Jira or any other bug tracking tools.
Good prioritization and organizational skills.
Can get on top of large concepts and other people’s work quickly.

Following skills will be beneficial:

Experience with large scale sites in a relevant role.
Experience managing mobile app reliability.
Experience in customer care and/or consumer messaging in technical topics.
