Job Description:

Social Media Specialist will work closely with the founding team to develop, implement and manage our social media strategies. In charge of preparing weekly and monthly reports and identifying top performing posts in terms of engagement, traffic, conversion rate; incorporating main takeaways into social media strategy. Work directly with SoMe Team to promote social campaigns, create the end of campaign wrap reports, and develop thoughtful creativity and business insights from the data. Always staying up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies for all platforms and researching audience preferences and discover current trends. The main goals will be to drive engagement, sales, and build a bigger community.


  • Cooperate with the team to plan and improve the Social Media and other digital channels strategies
  • Create content posts on SoMe platforms (i.e: product shooting, writing posts, and creating video contents in FB/ Instagram in posts and story format)
  • Prepare weekly content posts and monthly reports on all posts across SoMe platforms (conversion rate, engagement, and traffic)
  • Work directly with Social Media Team to promote social campaigns and create the end of campaign wrap reports
  • Social Media Calendar: develop workable social media content plans and realistic timetables
  • Brand building
  • Stay up-to-date with the trends on all platforms and weekly report to the team
  • Assist in building the community in different channels

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in English (no Finnish needed)
  • Photography and Photoshop skills
  • Copywriting, Content writing and Community Engagement
  • Being self-organized and responsible for the project you work on
