Your Role
We are on the lookout for a Product Growth Manager with a flair for innovation, a solid analytical background, and a passion for executing growth strategies. This role is key in scaling the Tonsser business, requiring close collaboration with our Product, Engineering, Design, Data & Marketing teams. Your main focus will be to drive growth initiatives to drive growth through the entire funnel: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, referrals and monetisation.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and rigorously test hypotheses to uncover new growth levers that can be scaled.
- Manage our growth initiatives, ensuring priorities, goals and deliverables are met efficiently.
- Dive deep into user behavior analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities
- Design and conduct A/B testing and other experimental initiatives.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve key business objectives effectively
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Innovative and creative thinker with a hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving
- Ability to analyze user data, extract business needs and transform them into creative and tangible growth initiatives
- Deep knowledge about B2C/social+ product KPI’s
- Strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable with SQL, Analytics tools and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and strategies
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Curious by nature and a fast learner
