OutInspire is currently looking for a hands-on, self-driven, energetic Co-Founder with expertise within Commercial and sales.
Possess significant expertise in marketing and strategic branding, with experience in developing marketing strategies on various digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, or others), SEO, and email marketing. This also includes content creation.
Spearhead our value proposition and product launches
Able to identify market trends, measure campaign performance, and implement optimizations to drive user engagement and identify product market fit.
Willing to develop and take many different roles in a startup.

Entrepreneurially spirited, with the resilience and motivation in the risky environment of a startup development
Lead our marketing, from strategy to execution, including SEO, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine our branding, value proposition, and market positioning.
Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative, data-driven marketing campaigns.
Optionally, leverage your sales expertise to build partnerships, secure deals, and explore new revenue streams.

Highly proactive person - willing to take the lead, think and work on your own.
Autonomous worker - you don’t need to be pushed to do things.
Organized and focused.
At least 3 years of professional work experience.
Demonstrated success in B2C hardware product sales.
Previous entrepreneurial ventures, ideally as a Founder, Co-Founder, or in a leadership role within a corporate environment.
A proactive and hands-on mindset, ready to embrace risk.
Willing to accept a lower initial salary for equity, indicating a deep, long-term investment in our journey.
