At Worthmore, we've embarked on a journey to transform the mobile phone subscription into something far more impactful - a community dedicated to making a real difference in the world. Currently we have came a long way with limited resources and are now looking to expand our team with like-minded individuals who are passionate about leveraging their skills for a cause that matters. Today, we're excited to announce an opportunity for an Influencer Marketing Co-founder to join our ranks and help us pioneer the "Impact Influencer" category.


The Role:

You'll be at the forefront of creating a new paradigm, where influencers do more than sell products; they inspire change, drive positive influence, and build communities around impactful actions. With over 1M unique followers already engaged with our influencer network in Denmark, your mission will be to harness this potential and grow it into a powerful tool for our company, our brand, and goal to positively impact the lives of people all around the world.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand our influencer network, focusing on engagement and meaningful impact.

  • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to design campaigns that highlight our mission and the tangible benefits of joining the Worthmore community.

  • Help us get the most of our new partnership with Make Influence one of the leading Influencer networks in the Nordics.

  • Measure, and analyse the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize reach and impact.

  • Foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging creative approaches to influencer marketing that align with our core values.


What We're Looking For:

  • Someone with entrepreneurial energy, and a proven track record in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or related fields.

  • Someone with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, particularly those who share our passion for social and environmental causes.

  • A networker with the ability to connect with influencers across various platforms and persuade them to join our cause.

  • An individual who values performance and results but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and work collaboratively in a startup environment.

  • Most importantly, we're looking for someone who gives a damn about making a difference and is ready to commit their skills and energy towards building a better future.


Offer:

This is a co-founder level position with compensation based on performance and equity during an initial trial phase of 6 months. It's an opportunity to not just grow professionally but to be part of something that could change how people view their everyday choices - from the SIM card in their phone to the influencers they follow online.

We are still in the very early stages, and since I don't come from money, and I didn't start this with a small loan of a million dollars from my dad, it has been a struggle to even get this far...but we now have our first working SIM cards - we have our website - we have the basic skills, and most importantly, we have the motivation to keep pushing things forward. Every time I see that it says Worthmore in the top corner of my phone instead of Telia, Lebara, or whoever, I'm reminded that we have succeeded in building a way to help people #ConnectWithPurpose. So - As a founder with an extremely limited budget and nothing but an overwhelming sense of optimism and a passion for what he's building - I write this letter to reach out to those who also want to be part of our mission - we could use the help.
