We are seeking a proactive and ambitious People & Culture Manager to establish and lead our HR department.
This role is ideal for an experienced self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the first HR hire at Wallhack, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the foundational structures of our HR functions and cultivate a dynamic company culture.
Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with the overall mission and values of Wallhack.
Build and manage all HR operations from the ground up, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and compliance.
Initiate and champion a positive and inclusive company culture that supports collaboration and innovation.
Organize and oversee company-wide events such as team outings, workshops, and industry conferences.
Act as a liaison to facilitate open lines of communication between staff and management, ensuring all HR needs are met efficiently.
Provide guidance and leadership across all departments, assisting with the integration of HR strategies into daily operations.
Monitor and ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup or other fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to independently develop and implement HR initiatives.
Strong leadership skills with a keen interest in driving HR and business objectives.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships with both internal team members and external business partners.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is advantageous.
