We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Global Sales to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in key markets worldwide. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Global Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand Cocohagen's market presence and achieve revenue targets. Coffee shops and inflight are strategic growth areas, and business development is your playground - so you can just get started.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration globally.

  • Build og develop your own high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

  • Identify and prioritize target markets, segments, and customer profiles for expansion.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.

  • Collaborate closely with Asbjørn, Communication, and Operations to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

  • Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

  • Represent Cocohagen at FMCG events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.


Your Profile:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within the food or consumer goods industry.

  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams.

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales plans that drive results.

  • Experience working in a global sales environment, with a deep understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
