You co-pilot the ship that a fast-growing B2B startup is. This includes everything from giving feedback on business strategy, to analyzing all aspects of financial performance, helping with goal setting, ensuring effective controls are established, smoothing out cashflow and the invoicing process, and providing accurate financial business information as needed. This position is based in Berlin.

Responsibilities

Establish financial and accounting controls
Deliver financial business information and analysis as needed
Give feedback on business strategy
Help with goal setting and performance evaluation
Help with contracts and legal research
Work with the product team on automating all possible aspects of invoicing, payments and contracts

Minimum Qualifications

3 years of hands-on experience in a controller role or similar
A business degree with specialization in controlling, finance or accounting
Solid experience with international payments, taxation, accounting rules and contracts

Preferred qualifications

Experience with ad tech, games or influencer marketing
Poweruser understanding of spreadsheet tools
Understanding of software development and software as a service
Ability to thrive in a startup environment.
