We want everyone to be able to unleash their creativity and do their best work, not waste time fighting technical requirements and naming conventions. That’s why we are building better dataflow and work management software for creative people and companies. We need to listen to both the technical and creative communities in order to accomplish our mission, and therefore we are looking for you.

What is your role

Help us find ways to grow the Puida user and CreaOps communities, while setting up and maintaining good communication channels to build a lasting relationship with the members. You’ll be involved in creating delightful and relevant content for Puida users, making sure the community knows what we are doing and how we are addressing their needs. With the CreaOps community, you will be a part in creating a place for creatives to discuss and share the challenges and solutions of creative work. Planning and organizing community events is your passion.

What are we looking for

• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. You collaborate well in a (sometimes) unpredictable startup environment. You are sensitive to clients' and community needs, and able to foster warm relationships. *Learning Finnish is not required.*
• You have enough technical knowledge and/or interest to learn about the product, to be able to build bridges between our developers and the community members.
• Attention to details and replying in a timely manner, while keeping your cool even with ...more troublesome commentators.
• It's obviously a plus if you have knowhow of *creative work*, artistic *pipelines* and *tools*, as we are defining *CreaOps* practices!
• Proven history of established (potentially open source) communities - impress us with what you have done!
• Relevant experience with gaming or animation industry on a level where you understand more than the basics of production is a huge plus
