The Shortcut is a talent accelerator, helping people optimize their skills in order to enter the tech world by either creating a startup or joining one. The organization is community-driven and non-profit as part of the Startup Foundation sr. and a sister organization to Slush, Maria 01, Wave Ventures, and Junction. We inspire and empower our community through gatherings, workshops, trainings and programs that help them explore ideas, share knowledge and develop skills needed in startups.

You have:
- Joy in working with (and talking to) people
- Passion for engaging people and making ideas come to life
- Good understanding of community and volunteer work
- No fear of presenting us and speaking in front of bigger groups
Maybe you already have:
- Experience in community work and creating events
- Knowledge of the startup community in Helsinki
Among other things, you will:
- Engage with The Shortcut Community online and offline
- Engage with the ecosystem events and facilitate meaningful connections for programme participants
- Represent The Shortcut in different places and inform people about our activities

This internship can be completed for credit if arranged in advance with your university.
