Hunomics Ltd (Hunome, product) helps those intensely curious about human beings to make sense of the multiple perspectives with a solo or co-creative tool online (evolving to a platform). As CTO you would have a degree in computer science and know system architecture, programming and software design.

You would be willing to get your hands dirty in coding too. Later this role or VP engineering will become more managerial. We use the MERN stack, introducing Python and Neo4j later, we have a data scientist in the team covering for the Python skills.

You need to be able to evaluate technologies and identify those that are the best fit for Hunome. The choices showcase a deep understanding, takes into consideration our long term vision and understands the strengths of the team.

You know your own limitations but can identify experts or approaches to ensure coverage.

You would lead the further hiring in the tech team. We believe you need to be able to identify and attract developers that are technically sound but that will also help shape the culture of the business.

You would foster a rewarding and positive culture to promote creative work and a contented team.

Hunome as a startup is fast paced and has low bureaucracy but is evolving processes and tools to assist. If you have prior understanding of agile and the best practice around that it would help.

While we have a dedicated project manager it is beneficial if you understanding the project management space.

You hopefully naturally understand the needs of the customer and focus on creating products that are customer centric and in our case human centric. We have dedicated people around product management, human centred thinking and design but your input will be important.
