Your Challenge:

• Manage all incoming data information on ongoing cases.
• Organize our database and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity.
• Plan and implement an improved data management system.
• Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics.
• Generate and review documentation for all database changes and refinements.
• Create regular reports and statistics of completed cases.

Succeeding in this role means that you have:

• Student background in Data Science, Information & Service Management, and suchlike.
• Proven database management systems experience (SQL databases, Excel VBA, and related applications).
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and to develop solutions to data management issues. 
• Tech-savviness and result orientation.
• Excellent organizational and analytic skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Time management & prioritization skills
• Strong attention to detail.
• Great problem-solving skills.
• A can-do startup attitude.
• Growth hacking attitude (achieving big with little resources).
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
