Join us and help Europeans find great fashion bargains online. We are looking for thoughtful, extremely talented designer to join our team and help us fundamentally shape the vision of our product. We want you to play a major role in building a design driven culture and lead our design from visual and UX/UI perspective.

You understand the importance of user experience and visual design in developing new products and services. You’re familiar with user-centric design processes on a practical level, and with your visual design skills you can bring new concepts into life.

To be successful in the role we expect you to have 3+ years of Visual Design and/or direct UX/UI design experience with up-to-date skills. You should show a solid understanding of UX/UI design principles as well as capability for conceptual thinking, with an ability to new, fresh approaches.

You would be part of of a company that is building an eCommerce platform for millions of monthly users in multiple countries.

What you should bring along:

• Can think at all layers, from product design, to interaction, to beautiful pixels
• Demonstrated success in designing and delivering compelling products in a high growth, fast pace rapidly changing environment that delight users
• Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, web and mobile interface trends
• Great ownership and collaborative mindset to ship products
• Preferably 3+ years experience in Visual Design and/or UX Design
• Experience of designing mobile and web user-focused applications
• Ability to think abstract and concretise it visually
• User-centric mindset
• Agile methodologies
• Systematic thinking skills, but at the same time great attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Diverse visual design portfolio representing work conducted for various different platforms & devices
• Strong understanding of usability and user-centered design practices
• Ability to craft clear and functional style guides for clients’ products and services that other design team members and our clients can utilize and follow

Responsibilities and Duties

• Create beautiful designs that work simply, elegantly, intuitively and engage users
• Understand business objectives, be really team-oriented, and guide product through iterations
• Create high-quality user-centered design concepts for mobile, tablet, desktop or web
• Collaborate with other team members on concept generation
• Develop interactive prototypes for user testing and rapid iteration
• Define user task and interaction flows
• Define and refine the user experience of features and products to achieve company goals
