We are looking for a developer evangelist to join our experienced and talented team. We are building the developer tools required to create amazing voice UIs. Ideally you would be a known guru within your field and have credibility among developers. You have a solid developer background but enjoy talking to other developers and getting them excited about the latest state-of-the-art tools. You feel at home in Hacker News, Stack Overflow, Github and also like presenting to people.

You will be our first developer evangelist setting up the function and responsible for:

• Contributing to our developer evangelism strategies and plans together with our CEO and CTO
• Planning & preparing developer marketing materials and documentations
• Building inspiring demos, sample apps and continuously improving our developer experience
• Planning, organizing and participating in developer evangelism events and activities
• Championing and presenting our APIs in events and conferences
• Community managing the developer community and providing hands-on support
• Channeling developer feedback directly into product development processes

You will be a great candidate for this position if you have:

• Experience developing with relevant modern languages
• Capability to translate complicated technical concepts into easy to understand inspirational stories
• Developer credibility, e.g. hacker level skills, amazing products built or super active in the community
• Good written and spoken communication skills, especially with developer audiences
• Ability to pull off killer presentations and demos inspiring technical developer audiences
• Passion for building stuff for fun, but still want to be out there talking to other developers
• Possibility and interest for travelling
• Fluent (preferably native) in English language

• Programming languages: Python, Javascript, C/C++, Java
• Cloud: AWS, Google Cloud
• DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes
