We’re now looking for a Growth Marketer to join our marketing team.

What You'll Be Doing

You will generate online traffic that converts into active users for Zervant. You will work mainly in the upper end of the “conversion funnel” and use online channels (mainly SEM, SEO) to grow our intake of new users. Our target customers are in Europe (mainly France, UK, Germany, Finland and Sweden). Your task is to make sure we reach our growth targets together with our Content & Campaigns and Customer Success teams. Growing the traffic and optimizing customer acquisition costs are crucial parts of your mission at Zervant. You’ll have a strong team to support you in this mission and you’ll be able to learn and teach others about growth marketing in the process.  

Your main work tasks will include 

• Plan, execute and optimise online marketing campaigns (SEM) in our core markets 
• Use SEO tactics and keyword analysis to find right ways to attract our target audience
• Coordinate work with external partners and agencies when needed
• Explore new ways of reaching customers together with the Zervant growth team
• Make sure that our landing pages are optimised for SEM and for conversion
• Analyse performance and results (e.g. via Google Analytics) and optimize marketing campaigns accordingly
• Share knowledge about growth marketing with your teammates
• Native French speaker would be preferred and fluency in Swedish or Finnish is considered as a big plus

What We Expect 

This role is for a creative and ambitious person with a “growth mindset”. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience working with performance-based marketing at a startup company or a marketing agency. Experience of SaaS and growth hacking is seen as a bonus.

We expect you to have a strong analytical mindset and good communication skills. You should have great knowledge of common marketing tools like Google Ads, Bing Ads and Google Analytics.
