As a result of the continued strong growth during 2019, we are looking for a Junior Sales Executive who is eager to play a key role in accelerating our business.

Our product, the Virtual Recruitment Assistant, allows to remove bottlenecks in recruitment where human input adds little or no value. Recruiters save time and are able to focus on their core work: people. The job to get done in recruitment is identical to that of hospitals where doctors and nurses would rather than filling in documents.

What is this role like?

As our Junior Sales Executive you will be focusing on generating leads, cold calling, running product demos and closing strategic customer deals in Finland and internationally. Your focus will be on small and medium sized companies.

What do we need?

• Past record of exceptional performance in something you are passionate about.

• Work experience in sales is an advantage.

• You are fluent in Finnish and English (both verbal and written). Swedish is a strong plus.

• "Can do" attitude, you are not afraid of picking up the phone.

• Grit and tolerance towards the unexpected.

• Your location is flexible but preferably you are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
