RESPONSIBILITIES

- In collaboration with the Finnish team, define and execute a strategic and tactical growth plan on a quarterly basis.

- Define, develop and conduct market/audience research and competitive analysis in Finland (market/locality size, competitive benchmarks, trends, opportunities, user expectations and needs).

- Execute Adwords & Facebook outbound campaigns and optimise conversion funnels.

- Define, develop and manage marketing mix according to the market/audience research findings.

- Act as the leader for the Finnish marketing team and be the point-of-contact for our CMO who handles global marketing operations.

REQUIREMENTS

- You have 2+ years of work experience in marketing 

- You have experience of leading teams

- You are an excellent communicator and that rare combination of analytical and creative.

- You are data-driven and want to base your actions on data as much as possible.

- You are knowledgeable on the latest acquisition practices and have a solid understanding of how inbound and outbound activities benefit each other in a marketing mix.

- You are somewhat familiar with customer acquisition through PR initiatives, media list building and influencer outreach.

- You have professional proficiency in English.

- You have the ability to take initiative to direct your own days, identify worthwhile projects, and take actionable steps to accomplish goals.
