We’re hiring a Nordics Growth Director to build out our network of hiring partners so we can help supply amazing talent to fuel the EU tech ecosystem.
Your responsibilities include:
Growing VanHack’s European Operations by bringing on new hiring partners
Generating leads through cold emails, marketing, networking, and calls (or whatever other ideas you may have!)
Attending conferences, meet ups and networking events to promote VanHack
Managing accounts of existing hiring partners and ensuring their meets are being met
Working directly with the CEO to determine growth strategies
Who you are:
Have a proven background in B2B Business Development
Have a strong network in the Nordic and European tech market in general
Experience in the tech industry and are comfortable with tech lingo
Enjoy Networking events and meet ups
Strong public speaker and communicator
Comfortable creating content for B2B inbound lead generation
Experience in the tech recruiting industry a big plus
Competitive base compensation plus commission
