The Shortcut is a non-for profit organisation that encourages more people from diverse backgrounds to consider creating or working for a startup to best utilise their skills and aspirations. We inspire and empower our community through events, workshops, trainings and programmes.

Hungry for experience? We are looking for interns who want to showcase their talents and show what they are made of. Are you one of them?

You have:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Interest & curiosity to research trends and identify relevant content
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Self-motivation & pro-activity

Maybe you even have:

• Expertise in a relevant program area (business, design, tech)
• Understanding of workshop facilitation and best practices

Among other things, you will:

• Communicate with speakers
• Support the design of our programs and content using service design principles
• Support the efforts of the event producers in creating high-quality events
• Ensure an excellent overall user experience for our participants’
• Research on current trends

This internship can be completed for credit if arranged in advance with your university.
