We are looking for a diligent, focused and ambitious Sales Coordinator to join our team!
Currently Singa has 40,000 active singers and over 200 venues are using the Singa Pro service across Finland, Sweden, UK and Germany.
Singa is backed by Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation Tekes, London based Initial Capital and other well-known names in the music industry landscape.
Through serving both individual and commercial users we are uniquely positioned to become THE brand in a global market representing a 15 billion dollar opportunity.
We are growing fast and need you to help us disrupt the karaoke market in our home turf in Finland, but also Sweden, UK and Germany.
Your main job tasks include
- Updating our ever growing Singa Pro customer database
- Invoicing and product logistics
- B2B customer support and sales communications with Singa venue owners and partners
- Other sales support tasks
You are already familiar in dealing with B2B customers and understand the principles of B2B sales.
In this role you will have to manage multiple tasks at the same time without forgetting sales team’s most important goal - closing deals!
You don’t have to be a perfect singer, but interest towards the music industry is an asset. Finnish and English language skills are a requirement and Swedish is a big plus.
